Shipping policy
Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Time: Standard delivery is 7-12 business days after dispatch, via tracked, insured carriers (USPS and partner lines). You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment your order ships.
Shipping Rates:
- Standard Insured Tracked Shipping (7-12 business days): $3.95 on orders under $20.
- Free Priority Insured Shipping (7-12 business days): FREE on orders $20.00+.
Tracking: Every order includes end-to-end tracking. If yours hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email support@apexdriveshop.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Lost or delayed in transit: If tracking shows your package lost before delivery, we'll reship it free (see our Refund & Return Policy).
Where we ship: United States only.
Recipient phone: A phone number is required at checkout so carriers can send delivery notifications. We never use it for anything else without your consent.
